How can I obtain a copy of the slides or the information posted in the webinar?
In most situations, slides are not offered following the event.
I tried to login but cannot access the webinar, what should I do now?
If you are having trouble logging in please try rebooting your computer or copy and pasting your dedicated registration link from firstname.lastname@example.org in a new browser (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) and trying again.
Please note that Infinity opens the webinar room to the public approximately one hour before the start of the event.

Why am I muted?
All attendees are muted during the webinar in order to allow ample time for presenters to cover as much information as possible during their 60 minute webinar. Attendees have the option to type questions into the Questions box located in the Control Panel. Presenters along with the Infinity Customer Service Representative will do their best to answer as many questions as possible during the event.
What time is the webinar in my time zone?
